Emergency Procedures

Process for Homeowners

 

24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICE

 

Emergencies are considered when one of the following conditions are true.

 

1.  A Total loss of Heat when below 45 degrees.

​

2. AC is not an emergency. Call during normal business hours. See our Maintenance tab above.

 

3.  A Water Leak Inside Of Your Home

                                   excluding the following:

 

a. If your water leak is an inside plumbing issue and you are able to extinguish the leak by using the shut off under a sink or can discontinue using a sink, shower, or toilet, please contact ProHome during the next business day.

 

b. If you have water trickling in around a window or a crack in a basement wall, please contact ProHome during the next business day.

 

3.  Electrical Sparks or Outages

If it seems that half of your home is out of power, contact your local electrical company as this is not serviced by your builders electrical contractors.

 

4. Gas leak

If you are able to extinguish a gas leak by utilizing a shut off other than your furnace, please contact ProHome during the next business day. If you are not able to identify the source of the gas leak, please contact your gas supplier.

 

5. Not able to secure an exterior door

Does not include Overhead garage doors as they are not covered under the emergency service. For service, contact ProHome during the next business day.
